The LBS-DE models are a comprehensive version of the FALC Ultrasonic Baths range with the addition of heating, ideal for performing cleaning operations on tools. The frequency of the ultrasonic waves determines the result obtained: the higher the frequency, the better the result achieved. The use of heating supports the cleaning operation carried out by the ultrasonic waves.
When high-intensity ultrasonic energy is transmitted into a liquid, it generates the formation of countless small vacuum bubbles inside it, which immediately implode (vibratory effect, called cavitation), allowing the elimination of any type of impurity and reaching any point on the surface of the objects immersed in the liquid.
