Aluminum hotplate DX, +5 amb. +250,0 °C

Ideal for precision thermostating applications. Option to place up to 40 slides. The aluminium plate ensures good temperature uniformity. The temperature is controlled by a PID microprocessor and PT100 probe.

Aluminum hotplate JOLLY 1 +50 to +350

Housing in steel, oven coated with acidproof epoxy paint; heating plate in aluminium, 8 mm. thick with rapid heating up to 350 °C temperature: the position of the heating resistance allows uniform heating of the whole surface; a solid structure renders the plate heater efficient and multipurpose; it can be used as thermostate by putting a steel tank on the plate, but as thermostatic or sand bath too. Controls are completely separeted from the heating device, so highest safety of all electronic controls is guaranteed. Temperature adjustment and setting for Jolly 1 obtained through a thermoregulator with graduated , fluid – expansion probe; Jolly 2 feautures the same characteristics , but temperature control is different, that is, the item is provided with an electronic, PB thermoregulator with built – in “J” thermocouple and red LED digital thermometer with outer PT 100 temperature probe, which allows temperature control on the plate or in the fluid. Ideal for heavy use (up to 40 kg) and material testing. Large aluminium plate ensures uniformity of temperature. Frame: the plate is not deformable. Temperature is controlled by a thermostat with graduated scale in °C and expansion probe.

CIR 1-120 – iron plate heaters +500oC

Cast iron plate heater by FALC with built – in heating resistance. Aluminium body oven coated with acid proof epoxy paint for simple models; stainless steel 18/8 structure for multiposition models. Front panel provided with ON / OFF switch and green light and with a knob for each plate for adjusting and controlling a biometallic step thermostat. The relevant warning light indicates that the plate is working. N.B. The max indicated temperatures refer to plate.

PV 300 – ceramic-glass heaters +600oC

Plate heater in vitreous ceramic by FALC are especially suited for high corrosive products; vitreous ceramic features a very low coefficient of expansion, so the bearing surface do not buckle even if working at very high temperatures. The structure of the vitreous ceramic PV plate allows heat energy generated by infra – red rays to pass easily and to heat rapidly superimposed containers by a 20 – 30% energy saving in comparison with traditional heaters. Housing made of steel , coated with acidproof epoxy paint and provided with four non – slip feet. The resistance position allows a thorough surface heating.
